Terms & Conditions

TRGRD

Trust. Recover. Grow. Rise. Discover.

Welcome to TRGRD. Our purpose is to meet people where they are, provide thoughtful and practical support, and help them identify opportunities for growth, clarity, and forward movement.

These Terms & Conditions establish the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries that apply when you use the TRGRD website, book services, purchase a membership, or otherwise engage with our business.

We believe that a healthy working relationship begins with mutual respect, informed consent, transparency, and clearly understood boundaries. Please read these terms before purchasing or booking a service.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these terms. Where a separate agreement or affirmative consent is required, your acceptance of that agreement will be obtained separately.

1. About TRGRD and Our Services

TRGRD is a Florida-based personal support and coaching business offering individualized services intended to help people navigate life's challenges, identify resources, develop greater clarity, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Depending on availability and the specific service selected, offerings may include:

  • Coaching and reflective conversations: Guided discussion, self-reflection, goal clarification, personal development, and exploration of possible next steps.

  • Virtual support sessions: Scheduled conversations and support delivered through online communication platforms.

  • Practical personal assistance: Agreed-upon, non-specialized tasks and assistance with everyday needs.

  • In-person companionship and presence: Scheduled, non-clinical companionship, conversation, and supportive presence.

  • Resource navigation and referrals: Assistance identifying potential resources, organizations, and service providers.

  • Business and professional assistance: Agreed-upon organizational support, brainstorming, planning, research, and other non-regulated professional assistance with the potential to be granted access to professional and joint venture introductions.

The specific activities, duration, fees, and limitations of each service will be described in the relevant booking page, service listing, or separate agreement.

TRGRD reserves the right to decline a request that falls outside the services offered, exceeds our capabilities, presents an unreasonable safety concern, or requires professional authorization we do not hold.

2. Coaching Philosophy and Professional Boundaries

Our philosophy is expressed through five guiding principles:

  1. Trust: Establish a respectful environment in which people can explore their circumstances honestly.

  2. Recover: Identify strengths, resources, and opportunities to rebuild after challenging experiences.

  3. Grow: Encourage learning, reflection, and personal development.

  4. Rise: Support the process of identifying options and taking constructive action.

  5. Discover: Help individuals clarify their values, priorities, and direction.

These principles describe our approach to support and personal development. They do not promise a particular result or establish a clinical treatment program.

Unless expressly offered by a separately qualified and authorized professional acting within that professional role, TRGRD services are non-clinical and are not a substitute for licensed mental health counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, legal representation, accounting, tax preparation, or regulated financial advice.

Discussion of trauma, spirituality, relationships, emotional experiences, or personal challenges is intended for reflection and general support. It does not constitute diagnosis or treatment of a mental health condition.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriately licensed or qualified professionals when their circumstances require specialized care or advice.

3. Client Choice and Personal Responsibility

TRGRD seeks to provide a respectful environment in which clients can speak openly, consider alternatives, and make decisions according to their own circumstances and values.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and the consequences of those decisions.

We may offer observations, questions, ideas, information, or possible resources. Clients are not required to accept a suggestion and are encouraged to evaluate whether any recommendation is appropriate for their needs.

TRGRD does not guarantee that coaching, companionship, practical assistance, or any other service will produce a particular emotional, personal, professional, financial, or relationship outcome.

4. Eligibility and Consent

Services intended for adults are available to individuals aged 18 or older unless a particular service expressly provides otherwise and all applicable consent, safeguarding, and legal requirements are satisfied.

Clients agree to provide accurate information relevant to the requested service and to communicate material needs, expectations, accessibility requirements, and limitations before the appointment.

Clients may ask questions, decline an activity, establish reasonable personal boundaries, or end a session at any time.

TRGRD may decline or discontinue a service when consent is withdrawn, the requested activity falls outside the agreed scope, or continuing would create a material safety, ethical, or professional concern.

Where a service involves an additional agreement, release, consent form, or safety disclosure, that document must be completed before the relevant service begins.

5. Scope of Practical Assistance

Practical personal assistance is limited to tasks expressly described in the service listing or agreed upon in writing before the appointment.

Unless separately authorized, appropriately qualified, and expressly included in a service agreement, TRGRD does not provide:

  • Medical care, personal care requiring professional authorization, or mental health treatment.

  • Legal representation, financial management, investment advice, or professional accounting services.

  • Childcare, dependent supervision, or other regulated care services.

  • Hazardous work, specialized repairs, or tasks requiring a license, certification, or insurance not held by the provider.

  • Access to, custody of, or authority over a client's financial accounts, passwords, legal documents, or other sensitive assets.

  • Any activity that is unlawful, unsafe, coercive, or outside the provider's capabilities.

Transportation, purchasing items on a client's behalf, handling client funds, entering a client's property, or accessing private accounts are not automatically included. These activities require prior agreement and any necessary safeguards.

Additional service-specific conditions, expenses, or limitations will be disclosed before the activity is undertaken.

6. In-Person Companionship and Personal Boundaries

In-person companionship and supportive presence are intended to provide conversation, practical support, and human connection in a mutually respectful setting.

These services are non-clinical and are not represented as psychotherapy, medical treatment, personal care, or emergency supervision.

All interactions must be consensual and respectful. Neither party is obligated to participate in an activity that makes them uncomfortable.

TRGRD does not offer sexual services or imply that purchasing a service entitles a client to physical contact, intimacy, personal access outside agreed hours, or a personal or romantic relationship.

The provider may decline requests or end an appointment if boundaries are disregarded, harassment occurs, or circumstances become unsafe.

Clients are responsible for communicating accurate meeting details and disclosing relevant environmental or safety concerns before an in-person appointment.

7. Resource Navigation and Referrals

TRGRD may assist clients in identifying organizations, community programs, professionals, educational materials, or other potential resources.

Referrals are intended to help clients explore available options. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, TRGRD does not act as the representative, agent, guarantor, or supervisor of a referred provider.

We cannot guarantee the availability, suitability, cost, quality, conduct, or outcome of a third-party service.

Clients are responsible for independently assessing a referral and confirming any applicable credentials, fees, eligibility requirements, and terms.

Any material financial relationship, referral compensation, or other connection that must be disclosed by law will be disclosed as required.

8. Business and Professional Assistance

Business and professional assistance may include general research, organization, brainstorming, planning, administrative support, and other agreed-upon tasks.

Unless separately qualified and expressly engaged to do so, TRGRD does not provide legal opinions, certified valuations, tax advice, regulated investment advice, licensed real estate services, or other services requiring professional authorization.

Any deliverable, recommendation, or research product is limited to the scope described in the applicable agreement.

Clients are responsible for reviewing work products, verifying information where appropriate, and obtaining specialist advice before making decisions that require it.

Ownership, permitted use, confidentiality, deadlines, and revision terms for substantial projects may be established in a separate written agreement.

9. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be offered virtually or in person, depending on the service selected and current availability.

A booking is confirmed when the applicable booking and payment requirements have been satisfied and confirmation has been provided.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate contact details. Late arrival may reduce the time available for a session.

If TRGRD must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client and offer an alternative appointment, an account credit, or an appropriate refund, as applicable.

TRGRD does not guarantee availability outside published booking times or agreed service hours.

10. Cancellation and Missed Appointments

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a standard appointment without a late-cancellation charge.

  • At least 24 hours' notice: The client may reschedule or receive a refund or credit in accordance with the applicable service policy.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: The appointment may be charged in full, subject to any disclosed exceptions and applicable law.

  • Failure to attend: A missed appointment without notice may be charged in full.

  • Provider cancellation: If TRGRD cancels and cannot provide the agreed service, the client will be offered rescheduling or an appropriate refund or credit.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or circumstances beyond a client's reasonable control.

Any service-specific variation to this policy will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in this section removes any cancellation or refund rights that apply under law.

11. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Service fees, membership prices, and any additional charges will be disclosed before a purchase is finalized.

Clients authorize the payment method they provide to be charged for the purchases and recurring payments they expressly authorize.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at booking or as described in the applicable service agreement.

Refunds and credits will be handled according to the disclosed policy for the relevant service, subject to applicable law. TRGRD will not impose undisclosed fees or represent a payment as non-refundable where a refund is legally required.

TRGRD may change prices for future purchases. A price change will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a service already purchased, except as permitted by an applicable membership agreement and law.

12. Memberships and Recurring Payments

TRGRD may offer memberships that provide access to specified booking options, services, benefits, or member pricing.

Each membership offer will disclose its price, billing frequency, included benefits, applicable usage limits, and cancellation terms before purchase.

Where a membership renews automatically, the renewal terms will be clearly disclosed before enrollment, including the amount or method for determining the charge, billing frequency, and how to cancel.

By enrolling in an automatically renewing membership, the client authorizes recurring charges until cancellation becomes effective under the disclosed terms.

Clients may cancel using the method provided in their membership account or enrollment materials. TRGRD will make cancellation available through the same method or means used to enroll where required by applicable law.

Unless a membership offer states otherwise:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

  • Access to membership benefits continues through the end of the paid billing period unless the applicable terms or law provide otherwise.

  • Unused appointments, credits, or benefits expire according to the membership terms disclosed at purchase.

  • Memberships are personal and may not be transferred without written authorization.

Any minimum commitment, early termination charge, or special refund restriction must be expressly disclosed before enrollment and must comply with applicable law.

13. Virtual Services and Communications

Virtual sessions require a suitable device, an adequate internet connection, and a reasonably private environment.

TRGRD is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If a technical interruption materially prevents a scheduled session from proceeding, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or arrange an alternative.

Email, messaging, scheduling platforms, and video services may involve third-party providers and inherent security risks. Clients should avoid sending highly sensitive information through channels that have not been designated for that purpose.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, messages outside scheduled appointments are not monitored continuously and do not create an obligation to respond immediately.

14. Confidentiality and Privacy

TRGRD respects the personal nature of information shared in the course of its services and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information will not intentionally be disclosed to others except as authorized by the client, reasonably necessary to provide an agreed service, or permitted or required by law.

Confidentiality is not absolute. Exceptions may include legal obligations, valid legal process, or disclosures permitted or required by applicable law in connection with safety concerns.

TRGRD does not promise legally privileged communications. Coaching, companionship, and general support conversations do not automatically create attorney-client, psychotherapist-patient, or other legally privileged relationships.

Clients should share only information reasonably necessary for the requested service.

Please review the separate TRGRD Privacy Policy for details about data collection, use, storage, retention, and disclosure.

15. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

TRGRD services are not designed for emergency response, crisis intervention, continuous supervision, or immediate mental health treatment.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact 911 in the United States. For suicide or mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.

TRGRD cannot guarantee immediate availability or a response to messages outside scheduled service hours. Clients experiencing a crisis should contact appropriate emergency, crisis, or licensed professional services.

16. Conduct, Safety, and Discontinuation of Services

TRGRD expects all interactions to remain respectful, lawful, and consensual.

Threats, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted sexual conduct, requests for unlawful activity, or deliberate disregard of established safety boundaries may result in the immediate suspension or termination of a service.

TRGRD may also decline or discontinue a service if the client's needs exceed the service provider's capabilities or the agreed scope.

Where a service is discontinued, any refund or outstanding payment will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement, the circumstances of termination, and applicable law.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or resources.

These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. TRGRD does not control third-party content, privacy practices, availability, or terms of service.

Use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant provider.

18. Intellectual Property and Website Use

Unless otherwise stated, TRGRD's original website content, branding, written materials, graphics, logos, and educational resources are owned by TRGRD or used with permission.

You may access these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain useful and accurate information, TRGRD does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or suitable for every individual circumstance.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TRGRD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its website or services.

TRGRD does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these terms removes a client's statutory rights or remedies.

Any further limitation of liability, allocation of risk, or indemnification provision must be expressly agreed where appropriate and reviewed for enforceability under applicable law.

20. Changes to Services and Terms

TRGRD may update its website, service offerings, availability, and these Terms & Conditions as its business evolves.

Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law or an existing agreement.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter an existing agreement unless the parties agree or applicable law permits otherwise.

If a particular provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.

Nothing in these terms prevents a party from exercising a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
