The Heart Behind TRGRD

I believe one of the most meaningful things we can offer another person is our presence — the willingness to slow down, listen without judgment, and meet someone where they are.

My name is Leah June, and being present for others is one of my greatest joys. I feel called to a life of empathic service: creating space for people to feel heard, helping them find clarity when life feels complicated, and offering an outside perspective when they need a little help finding their way forward.

My own life experiences, including navigating trauma and difficult relationships, have profoundly shaped the way I understand people, communication, and the power of words. Those experiences have inspired me to devote myself to something I believe can change the course of relationships, resolve conflict, and restore connection: finding the language for what we feel, what we need, and what we are trying to communicate.

I have always found expression through words, including songwriting. Over time, I have come to recognize that this gift extends beyond creating music. Sometimes, people know exactly what they feel but cannot find the words to explain it. Sometimes, emotions run so high that the message gets lost beneath the pain. And sometimes, a person simply needs someone outside the situation to help them see another perspective, recognize what matters most, and decide what to say or do next.

I find deep fulfillment in helping bridge that gap.

Whether it means helping someone articulate a difficult truth, prepare for a meaningful conversation, de-escalate conflict, establish a boundary, or find the words that make peaceful resolution possible, I want to help people communicate with greater intention and understanding. And when a situation calls for decisive action rather than reconciliation, I believe the right words can also create the clarity and momentum needed to move forward.

My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, thoughtful expression, and respect for each person's individual experience. I do not believe everyone needs to be told what to do. Often, people need the space to hear themselves more clearly, consider possibilities they could not see before, and reconnect with the wisdom and agency they already possess.

That is the heart behind TRGRD: Trust. Recover. Grow. Rise. Discover.

It is an invitation to meet yourself where you are, work through what is weighing on you, recognize opportunities for growth, reclaim your ability to move forward, and discover what becomes possible from there.

It is my genuine pleasure to devote my presence and attention to the people I work with — and to be there for friends and loved ones when an outside perspective is needed. I value the trust it takes to let another person into a difficult moment, and I do not take that trust lightly.

My purpose is to be a safe, welcoming space for the people I encounter. Not a space where anyone has to pretend to have it all figured out, but one where they can pause, speak honestly, explore what is difficult, and begin to find a way forward.

I cannot promise to have every answer. What I can offer is my attention, my compassion, my lived perspective, and my commitment to helping people find the words, understanding, and direction they need for their next step.

Sometimes, a meaningful change begins with a conversation. Sometimes, it begins with finally feeling understood. And sometimes, it begins when someone helps us find the words we have been searching for all along.

I would be honored to be part of that moment for you.
