Frequently Asked Questions

1. What exactly is a PRESENCE Session?

A PRESENCE Session is a personalized, one-on-one video conversation with Leah June. It's dedicated time for you to talk openly, ask questions, explore your thoughts and feelings, and gain an outside perspective. Sometimes you need advice; sometimes you need help finding the words for something you haven't quite figured out how to express. There's room for both.

2. Who are these sessions for?

Anyone who could benefit from having someone genuinely listen, offer perspective, and help them work through what's on their mind. Men and women alike are welcome. You don't need to be in crisis, going through a difficult relationship, or have a specific problem to solve. Sometimes personal growth begins with a conversation.

3. Can men talk openly with you about women, dating, and relationships?

Absolutely. In fact, this is one area where I've found that an outside perspective can be particularly helpful. Sometimes men have questions about women, communication, intimacy, expectations, or relationship dynamics that they don't feel comfortable bringing directly to their partners or the women closest to them. You can ask questions, explore different perspectives, and work toward understanding how to communicate what you're thinking and feeling.

4. Do I need to know what I want to talk about before booking?

Not at all! You can come with a specific situation, a list of questions, or simply a feeling that something is weighing on you. We can work through the conversation together. You don't need to have the right words before you arrive — sometimes finding those words is part of the process.

5. Will you tell me what to do or make decisions for me?

My intention isn't to make your decisions for you. I want to help you consider perspectives, recognize patterns, clarify what matters to you, and identify options you may not have considered. I'll be honest with you, ask questions, and share my perspective, but your decisions remain yours.

6. Can you help me find the right words for difficult conversations?

Yes! This is one of the things I genuinely enjoy helping people with. Whether you're trying to express a feeling, establish a boundary, advocate for yourself, address a misunderstanding, or approach a sensitive subject, we can explore how to communicate your thoughts in a way that is clear, constructive, and true to you.

7. Is this a confidential space?

I treat personal conversations with care and respect, and I don't share personal details casually. However, PRESENCE Sessions are not legally privileged or a substitute for professional confidential services. I cannot promise absolute confidentiality, and there may be circumstances where disclosure is necessary for safety or required by law. I'll always encourage you to share only what you're comfortable discussing.

8. Is this therapy or mental health counseling?

No. PRESENCE Sessions are a nonclinical mentoring and personal-support service. I offer conversation, lived perspective, communication support, and practical guidance. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, provide medical or legal advice, or offer crisis intervention. If you need specialized professional support, I can encourage you to seek the appropriate qualified provider.

9. How do the sessions take place?

PRESENCE Sessions are held through personalized video conferences, allowing us to connect regardless of where you're located. You'll receive the meeting details when your session is scheduled.

10. Do you offer recurring sessions or subscriptions?

Yes! Choose the subscription that best suits your needs and enjoy special discounts on the services you select. Subscription options work best for those who would appreciate having consistent, dedicated time to connect. The idea is to make it easier to maintain an ongoing conversation rather than waiting until something becomes overwhelming.

11. What if I'm nervous or embarrassed about what I want to discuss?

You wouldn't be the first! We all have thoughts, questions, and experiences that can be difficult to put into words. You don't have to impress me, explain yourself perfectly, or pretend to have everything together. Come as you are. My goal is to meet you with curiosity, respect, and an open mind — not judgment.

12. How do I get started?

Simply reach out! We can start with a conversation about what you're looking for and whether a PRESENCE Session sounds like the right fit. You might be surprised by how much clarity can come from having the opportunity to talk something through. Book a FREE 15 Minute Consultation with Leah June today!

Sometimes you just need a safe place to start asking the right questions.

WHY BOOK A PRESENCE SESSION?

As far back as I can remember, people have seemed to gravitate toward me. I've often found that people feel comfortable sharing things with me that they struggle to express openly with others — sometimes things they've never felt they could say out loud.

I don't take that lightly.

I know what it feels like to desperately need a safe space of your own. I've needed one through some very difficult and deeply personal circumstances. And I've learned that when you're navigating trauma, complicated relationships, or difficult decisions, not having someone you can turn to without fear of judgment or unintended consequences can make an already distressing situation feel even more overwhelming.

Sometimes, you don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need someone who can help you understand what you're feeling, find the words for what you haven't been able to articulate, and look at a situation from a perspective you may not have considered.

This is something I've found myself doing naturally throughout my life.

I've especially enjoyed helping men navigate questions about women, relationships, communication, and their own emotions. There are conversations that can be difficult to have with a partner while you're still trying to understand what you're feeling. There are questions you might not feel comfortable asking your closest female friends — and certainly not your mother! Sometimes, you simply need an outside perspective that isn't personally invested in the situation.

I've had the privilege of helping men find language for their feelings, communicate more effectively, advocate for themselves, and recognize what they actually want and need from their relationships.

One thing I feel strongly about is that the quality of our relationships is influenced not only by what we allow from others, but also by the structure, standards, communication, and boundaries we bring into them ourselves.

And that applies to everyone.

I believe that having stronger, healthier, and more satisfying relationships begins with being able to understand yourself, express yourself, and recognize the part you play in the relationships you build.

That's why I'm creating TRGRD PRESENCE Sessions.

I want to make room for the conversations people don't know where else to have. The questions they haven't found the words to ask. The feelings they're still trying to understand. The moments when an outside perspective could make all the difference.

My intention isn't to judge you, make your decisions for you, or tell you what you want to hear. It's to offer my attention, perspective, and ability to help you put language to what's happening beneath the surface — so you can make more informed decisions about where you go from here.

Whether it's relationships, communication, personal challenges, or simply something you've been carrying around in your head and need to talk through, I'd love to connect.

Reach out. Let's have a conversation.

You may be pleasantly surprised by what a little perspective, the right questions, and the freedom to speak openly can help you discover.

Finding the right words, becomes the beginning of defining your future.
